In these challenging times with increasing cases of COVID-19, several ECCQ programs are affected. We will refrain from holding larger meetings and gatherings with community for the time being and many of our staff are working from home where possible. Some meetings will be held through video or Skype. If you are participating in a program and are unsure how you will be affected, please contact the relevant program manager to discuss alternative arrangements.
We urge you all to take extra care in these times. Wash your hands often and practice social distancing wherever possible. There is a lot of information around and it can be a challenge to keep track of what is true and what may be misinformation. The Queensland Government is committed to keeping our communities informed and advised and I have included some of their helpful links in this message.

On a happier note, I am pleased to announce that we have moved all our Berlasco Court residents to Haven Lodge. The residents have settled in to the modern and newly renovated facilities and have given us very positive feedback. A big thank you to residents, staff and families for their support with the move.
Construction of our new 115 bed aged care facility in Indooroopilly will commence soon where we will continue to deliver the highest quality of culturally sensitive care to our residents. Click here to read more about the new Berlasco Court in Indooroopily.
As always please do not hesitate to contact me and I wish you and your family the very best of health and happiness.
