This position paper outlines the case for ongoing delivery of tenancy education and advice to ethnic communities.

Migrants and housing – the rental access trap  [pdf]
This report discusses the outcome of a forum held in April 2008 as part of an ECCQ advocacy project to address rights and obligations of tenancies and obstacles and impediments to rental housing in Queensland.  The purpose of the forum was to share information about resources and tenancy community education strategies for diverse communities; identify those strategies and resources that should be updated and sustained; develop an action plan to ensure the sustainability of strategies and explore the capacity for further development of community education strategies.
