Queensland Strategy for Chronic Disease 2005-2015

To keep Queenslanders healthier and help reduce these deaths, the Queensland Government has developed the Queensland Strategy for Chronic Disease 2005-2015,
in partnership with a broad range of service providers and other stakeholders. This new Strategy helps prevent chronic disease by reducing risk factors like smoking, poor diet, lack of physical activity and alcohol misuse.
