Health Navigator App for CALD communities

11.04.2014

11 APRIL 2014: Metro North Brisbane Medicare Local in partnership with peak body the Ethnic Communities Council of Queensland will launch the Health Navigator Tool on 28 April 2014. The tool enables disadvantaged groups to access appropriate health services and information through smart phone and mobile web technology. (more…)
